Xiamen Bestlink factory design and produce the BTON200,BTON500 and Pneumatic Robot Arm AGM18 etc. pneunatic buttong bits grinding machine.
A full spares back-up service is also available. Also produce the grinding pins/cups, available with a choice of Hemispherical, Ballistic Semi Ballistic, Paraboloid or Conical pins, in sizes 7mm to 25mm.
Other sizes available on request.
PREVENTION MEASURES AND INSTRUSTIONS FOR MACHINES OPERATORS
BEFORE USE:
Check that the machine is stable and that the grinder is correctly and tightly fitted to the machine.
Check the integrity of the guards protecting parts in motion.
DURING USE:
Report immediately any inappropriate functioning or dangerous situations;
The operator's position needs to be such as not to be in contact with the parts in movement;
Do not remove or modify protection devices;
Do not intervene on mobile parts during the functioning of the machine;
Do not get distracted.
AFTER USE:
Correctly position the machine without leaving the tool suspended;
Carry out the review and maintenance operations needed to reuse the machine with the power supply disconnected;
In the maintenance operations comply with the indications of this manual;
Clean the machine.
Diamond Grinding Cups
1.Wing (shoulder) drive grinding cup for, with a 8mm diameter shaft(shank) and one O-ring. Suitable for Atlas Copco LSD machines, Jasco, Dorey and KING PIN grinding machine.
2.San drive grinding cup, with a 9mm diameter shaft(shank), suitable for all SANDVIK grinding machines.
3.55 drive grinding cup is for all Atlas grinding machines.
4.Internal hex drive grinding cup is for all CME grinding machines.
